What You Need to Know Before Claiming a Bonus
One Welcome Bonus per Account: Each person at 9a9911 is entitled to one welcome bonus only. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses by opening more than one account may result in all accounts being suspended.
Respect the Expiry: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires. Track your expiry dates under the "My Bonuses" section.
No Withdrawal Without Completing the Wager: Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met. However, your original deposit can be withdrawn at any time.
Option to Cancel Bonus: If you've claimed a bonus and decide you no longer want it, you can cancel it under the active bonuses section in your account settings.
9a9911's weekly cashback program stands apart from other bonuses because there's no wagering requirement. That means cashback can be withdrawn directly or used in-game, no strings attached.
Every Monday morning, 10% of your net losses from the previous Monday through Sunday is credited back as cashback. No cashback is given for a winning week — that's the rule. But when you lose, you get a portion back, helping to offset your losses.
Cashback applies to Slots, Live Casino, and Sports Betting. Even if you mix games across all three categories, a single cashback calculation is made based on your total net loss for the week.
Example: Lose ৳8,000 in a week and you'll receive ৳800 cashback every Monday — no conditions attached.
When you see a bonus on an online casino or betting platform, it's natural to wonder — "Can an offer this big really be real?" 9a9911's bonuses are genuine and deliver real value, but it's important to read the terms carefully before claiming.
The most important thing to look at is the wagering requirement. At 9a9911, the welcome bonus carries a 10x wager, which is highly competitive in Bangladesh's online betting market — many platforms go as high as 30x or 40x. A 10x wager means that if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you need to place a total of ৳20,000 in bets.
Slot games clear wagering requirements the fastest, since slot bets typically count at 100% toward the wager. Some Live Casino games count at only 10–20%, so the same amount of money takes considerably longer to clear. Sports Betting bonuses generally cannot be used unless specifically stated otherwise.
With slots offering 95–97% RTP (Return to Player), betting ৳20,000 costs an average of just ৳600–1,000. In other words, completing a 10x wager typically costs only 10–20% on top of your deposit — and you get to keep the full bonus amount.
Free spins at 9a9911 are available through multiple channels — weekly packs, app bonuses, and special promotions. Spins are valid for 3 days, so make sure to use them soon after receiving them.
Winnings from free spins carry a 20x wagering requirement. For example, if you win ৳500 across 100 spins, you'll need to place ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing. This wager is easiest to clear through slots.
Many experienced players sometimes choose to play without a bonus on purpose. Without a bonus, any winnings can be withdrawn immediately — which can be the smarter move, especially after a big win when dealing with wagering requirements just isn't worth the hassle.
That said, the weekly cashback bonus is worth claiming for almost everyone, since there's no wagering requirement attached. Getting 10% back when you lose, with nothing to lose when you win — it's essentially free protection.
Eid, Puja, or Pohela Boishakh — during Bangladesh's biggest festivals, 9a9911 goes beyond its standard offers with special promotions. Welcome bonus percentages may go up, cashback rates may be boosted, or entirely new deals may be introduced. Festival offers are usually time-limited, so it pays to stay informed in advance.
Check the 9a9911 Promotions page regularly so you never miss these offers. Keep app notifications turned on and you'll be alerted the moment a new offer goes live.
